SALTILLO – The 30-foot stainless steel wall beneath the similarly extensive set of vent hoods in the expansive kitchen means Kent Randle is using no probabilities when he opens his restaurant in a new site in December.
“We are heading to have 7 fryers,” he claimed of the kitchen area that’s approximately the size of his present eating home. “We’re not going to have any trouble with capacity.”
Randle, operator of Kent’s Catfish, is opening the new spot at the entrance of Turner Industrial Park and throughout from Reed’s Metals.
The parking good deal requires a tiny detail get the job done, and the interior has a couple things to just take care of like the relaxation of the tools and tables and chairs. But Randle is eagerly wanting forward to opening in
